In vivo investigation of nanoparticles as drug carriers to treat brain tumors
Brain cancer presents several unique challenges to the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy. Layer-by-layer nanoparticles are a promising approach to increase drug interaction with target cells and administer synergistic drug combinations. Michael is carrying forward several ongoing projects to the in vivo stage to further explore the promise of this approach.
