Layered Conditional Fusogenic Liposomes for Drug Delivery in Ovarian Cancer
Conditional fusogenic liposomes are an exciting platform for therapeutic delivery because of their modular structure, capacity for carrying various cargo, and environmental responsiveness. In this project, we aim to leverage targeted surface chemistries with conditional fusogenic liposomes to enable context-specific detection and treatment of ovarian cancer, especially early-stage disease.
