Guiding layer-by-layer nanoparticle design with high-throughput assays and machine learning models
Layer-by-layer nanoparticles have seen great interest and success in targeted drug delivery, especially in the field of cancer therapeutics. My research seeks to leverage modern high-throughput and data-driven methods to accelerate the design of these nanoparticles for ovarian cancer therapy. Beyond the bench, I’m a big fan of puzzles (crosswords, sudoku, puzzle hunts, etc.), trivia, and all sorts of music.
